Gorgeous Virtual Relay
- Upload/Submit your results (distance, and time if you'd like though not required) when you finish your leg.
- Review the Results page.

Team Captains - Manage Your Relay Team!

Team Captains to view your team, add, remove or invite Team Members, change your team's name or Team Captain, start on your team's page:
Add Team Members: Team Captain registers them
Add Team Members: Invite Team Members register themselves
- Select the Join Relay Team Box.
- In the Select Registrant pop-up, click New Registrant.
- Sign up each individual member.
- Your team members will receive an email at the address you list for them with a link to sign their waiver.

- Under Join & Share you can either send members the Registration URL yourself, or use the INVITE FRIENDS button to send the email. Either way, remember to send them your team password!
- Your team members will be able to go directly to your team to register.
- You can always go back to your Team Page to check your roster and see who has registered.
Remove Team Members
- Go to your Team Page.
- Scroll down to Group Members at the bottom of the page.
- Click the 'x' on the far right next to the team member to be removed.
Change Your Team Name
- Go to your Team Page.
- Under Group Details on the right, click the UPDATE button.
- Enter a new Relay Team Name.
Add or edit your Team's average 10k time
(You had the option to enter a time when you registered, but it wasn't required.)

- Go to your RunSignUp Profile.
- Find the event under Upcoming Events, and click Manage Registration over on the right.
- Select “Questions” from the menu bar on the left.
Sponsor or Register your Gorgeous Volunteer
- Go to the Volunteer page for your relay. (Menu/down arrow on upper left.)
- If you want to Sponsor a volunteer and the option is still available, the link will take you to a page where you can make a donation to one of our amazing nonprofit partners.
- If you register a volunteer through the form on the Volunteer page, your volunteer will get an email a few weeks before the race at the email address you provide. It will include instructions to sign up for their time slot and duties, and a place to sign their waiver. Contact information must be for the volunteer. Team Captains will be copied on emails to volunteers to make sure your fantastic volunteer is getting the information they need.

- Team members who registered themselves signed their waiver.
- Team members who were registered by their Team Captain received an email immediately upon registration with a link to sign their waiver. This goes to the email address entered for them.
- About 4 weeks before the relay, RunSignUp will send a reminder to anyone who hasn't signed their waiver, along with a link to sign it.
- One week before Start Times are released, we'll update the Team Status Page with a list of anyone who still needs to sign their waiver. (Link to the Team Status Page for each Relay are on the "Race Information & Registration" page. Menu/down arrow upper left.)
Change a Team Member's T-shirt size

- Go to your RunSignUp Profile.
- Find the event under Upcoming Events, and click Manage Registration over on the right.
- Under your name you'll see "If you registered other people under this account for this race, you can find their registration by clicking here." Click there!
- Select Manage Registration next to your team member, and select "T-shirt" from the menu bar on the left
